Free shipping on every order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within South Africa. There are no hidden delivery fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is dispatched.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and factors outside our control (courier delays, customs, public holidays or peak periods).

Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please email support@emsense-za.store with your order number and we'll follow it up with the courier right away.
