Want to know where your EMSense order is? Here's how to check.
1. Check your email
When you place an order, we send an order confirmation straight away. Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days), we send a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking link. Tap that link at any time to see the latest status.
2. Delivery timeline
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on every order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
3. Can't find your tracking?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it — or your order is taking longer than expected — email us at support@emsense-za.store or use our Contact form with your order number, and we'll track it down for you.
