Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your EMSense Triple Therapy Foot Massager for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To keep things simple and hassle-free, in most cases you do not need to send the item back — you keep the product and we issue your refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@emsense-za.store or use the form on our Contact page within 30 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number,
- The email address used to place the order, and
- A brief note on why the product wasn't right for you (this helps us improve).
We aim to respond within 2 business days and, once your request is approved, to process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days for the funds to reflect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day guarantee above applies.
Your rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
